Piano Wizard is More Than Just a Game…..
In the first step, the student plays on a color-coded keyboard that matches the color-coded keyboard on the screen, which plays along with the student. The second step in the Piano Wizard video game turns the on-screen keyboard on its side, to show students the relation between the piano keyboard and grid, pitch, tone, timing, and notation. In the third step, game objectives turn the piano songs to color-coded notes on a staff. Step four exchanges the color-coded notes with normal black notes on a musical staff, completing the process of learning how to read piano music.
